I’ve been in the classroom since the 1990s. 

 

In the public schools, I have taught the sweetest elementary-schoolers, and, in a private school, the most-troubled teenagers.

 

Eighteen years as an English teacher to teens whose stories are impossibly-heartbreaking have afforded me the opportunity to discover and implement methods that work in even the most distressing classroom crucible.

 

Here, you’ll find comfort in the chaos, and humor in the havoc, as I help you to come alongside, and love, kids who may never have heard the word.
